Narragansett, RI Senior Photos | Bianca & Brielle at Scarborough Beach

I had such an awesome night at Scarborough Beach in Narragansett, Rhode Island, for Bianca and Brielle's senior photo session. Scarborough Beach is one of my favorite locations to photograph at year after year, for so many reasons!

First, it's rarely crowded, which makes a session feel so much more relaxed and private. The beach is incredibly clean, and one of my favorite things about this spot is the variety of background options. While there's something timeless about photographing seniors with nothing but sand and ocean behind them, I also don't want every image to feel the same.. Scarborough offers so many different backdrops that every part of the session has its own look and feel, making it one of my favorite spots for senior photos in Narragansett and throughout Rhode Island.

I actually photographed the girls' older sister, Annalise, last year, and I loved getting to know their family. I can't tell you how flattering it is when a family chooses to come back for another session. There truly isn't a bigger compliment, especially when they're as much fun to spend an evening with as this crew.

Fun fact: their mom and I used to work out at the same gym!

As we wandered around the beach, Bianca and Brielle filled me in on their summer plans, including what sounds like the most incredible trip to Europe, and we talked about everything they're thinking about as graduation gets a little closer. Annalise also caught me up on life after high school, and before we wrapped up the evening, we squeezed in a family mini session so they could have updated family portraits before she heads off to college.

Although Bianca and Brielle are twins, one of my biggest goals throughout the session was making sure each of them walked away with images that genuinely felt like them. Though twins often get photographed together, they're still two completely different people with different personalities. It was important to me that each of their galleries reflected that.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with how these images turned out.

Every location we stopped at seemed to bring out something different in each of them. One spot highlighted Bianca's personality, another seemed absolutely made for Brielle, and together they created a gallery that feels unique to both of them. That's one of the reasons I love photographing at Scarborough Beach so much—it gives me the flexibility to create a gallery with incredible variety while still feeling cohesive.

Bianca and Brielle—and Mom, Dad, and Annalise, too—thank you for trusting me once again to capture another milestone for your family!
